WEEK 2: Intensive Childbirth Education Course. This course is 3 weeks long. Classes will be held on Saturday, October 14th, 21st & 28th.

Classes will cover labor and relaxation, birth and complications, breastfeeding and postpartum. This course will draw heavily on Birthing From Within as well as focusing on preparation for a mindful birth. 

We offer catching practice for partners who want to catch their baby.
